Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague

"Breakfast was excellent. All free and lots of variety of options - including prosecco if this is want you want for breakfast! Small gym but perfect for me. Good location with lots of food options nearby. Room was good. No TV channels for English tourists (apart from the news). Bottled water in the room every day which was good but very small coffee/tea options in the room. Nowhere really to put any clothes and no tray in the shower cubicle so all your toiletries have to go on the floor which is annoying! The shower was excellent though. Nice bar but hotel prices obviously. There are two bars directly opposite the hotel (a Dutch bar and an Irish bar) so if you have a room facing the road you may get some late night noise. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ankora. The location was fantastic, in a safe area and only around a 15-minute walk from Old Town Square, making it really easy to explore Prague on foot. We arrived early and the hotel kindly let us leave our luggage in their luggage room before check-in. They also allowed us to leave our bags there after checking out, which was really useful. Our room was a really good size for two people, with comfortable single beds and plenty of space. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only small downside was that there were a few minor stains on some of the bedding, which was a little disappointing, but apart from that everything was perfectly fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and a comfortable room, we would definitely recommend Hotel Ankora for a stay in Prague."

"Staff were lovely 😍 they allowed me to take breakfast to our room for my son who was swimming and in the gym. They even got me a tray. A different morning I saw one kitchen attendant help a disabled lady get all her breakfast bits. They also kindly organised a taxi for us, and the driver was fabulous."
