"Arrived late due to airline problems. Called to let them know that we would be 12 hours late near midnight. Staff was waiting for us, selected an excellent room, escorted us to the room as it was a large complex and helped us all the way to the room. Room layout was excellent with wife and I saying “we could live here😁"

"Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend."
