"Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion."

"The room was simply decorated, basic but with all necessities including a small fridge (already stocked with water) and very clean. Comfortable bed. Be mindful to book a room with Aircon as rooms are also available with fan only (it's hot!). Staff are friendly and helpful, I didn't actually eat here just had coffee at breakfast time and it's a lovely area to sit and contemplate your day ahead! Very positive experience, beautiful location I WILL visit again! Thank you Tubtim staff!"

"This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments"

"Was exactly as the guide and the photos portrayed. Not a lot to do outside of the hotel grounds but the hotel itself was excellen. The Fishbar was a little expensive but the food was really nice. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing break "

"My second time here and has everything, great staff, incredible location, nice food, rooms with sea views - best is there are no cars, no road just straight onto the beach - great few days for beach life!!"
