The village of Koewacht is in the south of the Netherlands in Zeelandic Flanders, which also features the well known seaside resorts of Cadzand and Breskens. Herzlicher Empfang mit tollem Willkommensgruß ! Typisches Hollandhaus mit allem was der Feriengast benötigt ausgestattet. Sehr gute Betten ! Schöner Garten, prima auch mit Hund. Als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten an Strand oder Sehenswürdigkeiten optimal gelegen. Gute Gastronomie in der Nähe . Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Het was een leuk huisje met een jaren zeventig uitstraling wat het bijzonder maakte. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt , alleen moet je zelf handdoeken meenemen. Er is een mooie tuin met uitzicht op de liniedijk, de frontlinie in de 80 jarige oorlog met een aantal forten, en een mooi natuurgebied met kreken. Heerlijk om te wandelen. De prijs was wat aan de hoge kant.

Rust en ruimte. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de buurvrouw Linda met de sleutel. Bij binnenkomst waren we verrast door de mand vol lekkere spullen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, hoewel sommige meubels wat gedateerd zijn. Maar dat heeft ook zijn charme. De tuin heeft verschillende zitjes, er is altijd een schaduwplek, De omgeving is bij uitstek geschikt voor fietsen en wandelen. Elk dorp heeft zijn eigen geschiedenis, meestal samenhangend met de 80-jarige oorlog. Veel overblijfselen van de Spaans-Staatse linie zijn nog zichtbaar in het landschap. Het is een vogelrijk gebied, langs de kust en vooral het verdronken land van Saeftinghe. Ondanks de extreme hitte hebben we een prima week gehad en het huis en de omgeving zijn de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen. Gemma en Kees, Dordrecht

Fijne ontvangst door de dames. Hele leuke en goed gevulde welkomsmand. Keurig en vooral schoon huis. prima voorzieningen. Met ander woorden een uitstekend verblijf om vandaar uit leuke trips te maken.

Compleet huisje in een agrarische omgeving. Ligt aan een ietwat drukke weg, dus er is wat herrie van langsrijdend autoverkeer. De plaatsen Hulst, Axel en Terneuzen liggen op max. zo'n 15 autominuten rijden. In Axel ligt een mooi bos waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen! De omgeving leent zicht erg goed om te fietsen naar verder bestemmingen zoals Sluis, Cadzand en Breskens.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen am Ankunftstag, uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Ferienhaus sieht genau wie auf der Beschreibung aus. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Kilometerweite Fahrradwege, man erreicht so viele Ziele mit dem Rad in der Umgebung. Bis auf einen Ausflug mit dem Auto und das Einkaufen, sind wir alles mit dem Rad gefahren. Die Gegend ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten sind toll. Selbst bei Regen kann man auf der überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Und bei Sonne auf der schönen Holzbank. Der tolle Willkommenskorb ist eine schöne Überraschung gewesen. Der Urlaub war insgesamt war super schön und abwechslungsreich.

Het was goed om te verblijven !!

De ontvangst was bijzonder. Vriendelijke "sleutelvrouw", die ook voor een gezellig en lekker welkomstpakket had gezorgd. De inrichting is zeer compleet, zelfs waxinelichtjes, bakpapier voor in de oven, handzeep en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. Achter het huis is een gezellig overdekt terrasje met vrij en ver uitzicht. Ruime berging voor de eigen fietsen. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor fiets- en wandeltochten en andere uitjes (o.a. Hulst, Terneuzen, verdronken land van Saaftinge). Twee kleine minpuntjes: we misten naast één hoofdeinde van het bed een plankje of tafeltje om wat op te leggen, zoals wekker. Het bed zou opgeschoven kunnen worden tot aan de meterkast en het plankje daar vóór, in plaats van naast de meterkast. Dan is er tussen het bed en de deur ruimte voor een klein plankje. Verder misten we een klein vriesvak in de koelkast.

Een makkelijk te bereiken knus huisje. Ideaal voor het op vakantie gaan met een baby. Een ver uitzicht op het landschap. Een goed vertrekpunt voor uitstapjes naar omliggende plaatsen, als Sluis, Hulst en Terneuzen.
