"This hotel suited our needs. It was clean, in a good location, had plenty of useful amenities, had a great pool and friendly staff. However, if you are looking for flash....this is not the place. It is very tired and probably needs an upgrade. If you are looking for a safe, basic place to stay with a BBQ area and pool then this place is okey. We would probably stay again if ever we are back in Cairns. "

"It’s a nice apartment. Location is excellent, but apartment not very clean. I had a toddler with me, so often you have to bend to get stuff from under bed or couch and I could see dust and moth. Also the second bathroom was clogged and it flooded, we didn’t complain because we didn’t have time to wait for a plumber "

"Great to return after 7 years to palm cove tropical apartments and to find they still have the ambience I remembered. Room was comfortable. Loved the closeness the the beach and the restaurants with the pub being 100 m away. Bus stop nearby should a trip to the supermarket or çairns be needed. Management was ready to assist when the tv wouldn't operate and after attempt at remediation got a new tv provided. Pool was great. "We stayed a group of uni students in the property while taking a very intensive class but enjoyed coming back to the apartment every night to relax and enjoy the pool. "We stayed for a week with our 7yo, what an amazing family orientated place! We enjoying lazing around in the pools, spa and playing with our son on the waterslides and splashpark. Mini golf was excellent as was the meals in the cafe. The place is kept immaculate and maintained, grounds and accomodation. The staff were very helpful and helped book our adventures with free transport from there. Downside, nothing honestly. "
