"Excellent stopover stay. We arrived in Cairns at 5am. This hotel is handy for the airport and has 24hr check-in. Kindly offered a complimentary late check-out as we were checking in so late. A quick sleep and then hired a couple of scooters that were conveniently parked out front to head into the town centre. They also provide a shuttle bus to town. "

"Great location and the staff were excellent. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Shower over the (slippery) bath difficult for older travellers but the shower itself was excellent. Maybe a bit more storage would be good for longer stays. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Great stay for a large family group. Really wonderful staff at every corner of the property. Comfortable large rooms, good food, amazing pool options, right on the beach. It is really nice for families and groups, plenty of places to 'meet up'. Only cons was it is missing a little kids play area (seems like it should have one) and the day spa is independent so you couldn't get Marriott points or room charge at the spa."
