"Good location in Deansgate. Room was small but had everything we needed for a two night stay. If you skip housekeeping on your first night then you can a drinks voucher for the bar but you need to put the hanger on the door the night before; I feel like a lot of people miss out on this deal because you don't look at it until the morning. Shower was good, although you can hear clearly when people in adjoining rooms are using theirs. Other than that we found it to be quiet. Coffee facilities are down the hall, near the lifts. Plenty of sockets in the room. Free luggage storage after check out."

"It was a very friendly and well maintained great area to check Manchester out easy to get around, room had a fridge, helpful for wine, but not tea/coffee, but bar was helpful and there was a hairdryer. Plus lovely big bath sheets beds comfy, for the money excellent 👌"

"We had a good stay at the mill hotel and spa. Customer service in all parts of hotel were exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was great for extra £12 per night. We didn’t use the spa facilities but will do on our return. Easy walk into Chester and easy access out."
