"We had a wonderful stay. The hostess, Régine, is very warm and welcoming. The house is very well equipped, especially for families with little ones. The two adult bikes (each with a child seat) were in great condition (we did bring a helmet for our toddler). The kitchen has everything except spices and paper towels. "Short stay of 3 nights was delightful. Accomodtion located virtually at the city centre, but in a quiet residential street. Everything needed was at the accomodation, but mainly dined out in the numerous cafe/bar restaurants . Property tastefully decorated with large windows allowing streams of light in. Highly recommend."

"Recently had a long weekend here and it really is a fabulous place to stay. Situated just outside Blankenberge, it is a perfect location for the beaches, the lovely bars and restaurants in the town centre (some of the best food in Europe) and also a great base for adventuring to other towns and cities. "Wie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber dafür gibt es reichlich Ohrstöpsel wenn es einen im Schlaf stört. Es ist alles gut erreichbar und im Garten konnten die Kinder laufen und spielen. Vielen Dank für die Vorbereitung des Babybettchens und die nette Kommunikation."

Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...

"man bezahlt eine Endreinigung (60 Euro) und das Objekt ist verdreckt, selbst der Müll des Vormieters stand noch im Garten eine beworbene Spülmaschine ist (wahrscheinlich seit 2021) defekt, notwendige Gemeinde-Müllsäcke werden zwar als vorhanden beschrieben, gibt es aber nicht, Badezimmer rostet vor sich hin, wir haben sogar Schimmelflecken im Haus gefunden :( Alle Mängel hier aufzuzeigen sprengt die Feedbackseite! Beschwerde-E-Mails werden erst gar nicht beantwortet. Für uns: NIE WIEDER"

"We 4 retired ladies from the USA enjoyed our 12 night stay in this apartment. The location was great. We could easily walk to the main squares, the canals, the museums and good restaurants. We were in a quiet neighborhood. A grocery store was nearby. We appreciated having a washer and a dryer. Katrien was a gracious hostess and got us wonderful seats for the Procession of the Holy Blood, a parade held in May. Katrien promptly replied to text messages and helped us with taxi service. "Jeden Tag zu Fuß an den Strand, jeden Tag mit den Füßen im Sand, nur leider nicht jeden Tag Sonnenschein. Dafür haben wir an Tagen mit Wind und Regen die Annehmlichkeiten der gemütlich eingerichteten Unterkunft genossen.
