"The hotel was excellent, really clean and staff very helpful especially in the restaurant. The bedroom was of generous size, there was a fridge but this needed to be switched by leaving a room card in all the time. The mugs where oddments ie one cup, one mug, this meant not great if you were making coffee etc. The housekeeping department did not always clean them nor fill up the tea & coffee which was a bit disappointing and you only got 1 bottle of water a night but overall it was a good place to stay. "

"Had a late flight into Luton so made sense to stay the night and finish our long journey next day once we had a good night’s sleep a shower and some breakfast. All was very good and would definitely stay again. Staff were friendly, always a good thing."

"Good food, breakfast was way better than I expected, the doors could do with some soundproofing where the door meets the frame as there’s quite a gap for noise to enter the room but other than that very happy with the room and Hotel. "

"This is a gem of a hotel, everything is new and clean and tastefully decorated. My room was spacious and comfortable and there was a good TV, WiFi and shower. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is available at extra charge. Hot and cold breakfast is available at a reasonable price and is good. Nice bar and lounge serving only alcohol free beverages. Southgate tube station is 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient. I would definitely stay again."

"Nearly half the price of the holiday inn express and only 200 meters further to walk from the airport. 1 night stay before a 05:30 Monday morning flight. There is a bus to the airport (timetable is on reception) costs £2.50 but the 03:23 bus was full so I walked to the terminal. Took 12 minutes, very smooth path so easy to wheel your suitcase. 35 minutes after leaving hotel I had checked in my bag (wizzair) and gone through security. Perfect."
