"Biggest complaint is towards Hotels.com way of dealing with reservations - they do not provide direct number to call. It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset...

"We enjoyed thoroughly our stay in your apartment in Klaipeda. The place was neat and clean and absolutely tidy. The furniture and the equipment in the kitchen and in the bathromm was excellent and completely sufficent. There was nothing to complain about, however with one smaller exception: there was no coffee-machine in the apartment, and we regretted not to be able to have coffee for breakfast. We can recommend your place to other guests with a safe conscience and remain with kind regards R....

"Booking was canceled without my knowledge. I founded out this information on the morning of my checking-in. Never received check-in instructions, called vrbo in the evening before check-in and next morning to find out that I have nowhere to stay in Klaipeda. Booking Cancellation email and Refund of my money was initiated this same morning. Vrbo kept my money since april 1st till june 1st, but canceled my booking without notice on April 3rd"

"The location was great. Very spacious and comfortable place. Check-in, we weren’t told we had to get to the apartment from the canal side or that it was top floor by stairs only. We were helped by a lady who lived on the other side apartments to find our block. The microwave was broken. We ran out of toilet paper and no replacements and there were hairs still in the shower drain. The towels were also damp and musty. Not many implements to cook with, so glad we only had 1 night.
