I was not expecting the extent of the building work. There was not even a number on the door! The toilet /shower were very cramped. It was great to have a fridge and washing machine, but there was a water leak under the sink.

Ingresso molto difficile da trovare. Terzo letto (divano letto) piuttosto scomodo. Appartamento in zona tranquilla, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Neigiamas!!!

Už nuomą nuskaičiavo pateikus kortelės duomenis savaitę prieš viešnagę, nors buvo nurodyta užsakant, kad kortelė reikalinga tik nuomos patvirtinimui, atšaukimas nemokamas. Atvykus į butą, visas butas smirdėjo dujomis. Susiskambinus su šeimininku ir paaiškinus situaciją pažadėjo atvykti tik po 4 val. Šeimininkas ramino, kad viskas gerai, čia yra normalu ir visada yra bute dujų kvapas. Po dviejų valandų buto vėdinimo supratome, kad galime apsinuodyti dujomis, nes pradėjome jausti galvos skausmus. Paskambinus pakartotinai šeimininkas pažadėjo atvažiuoti, tačiau ilgai palaukus išvykome. Pinigų už nuomą negrąžino.

Good value and clean.

This is an apartment in a residential building. Though the outside and hallway look a bit old and worn down, the apartment was fresh and clean. The toilet and shower was extremely small though. Do note that you need to get in touch with them before arrival as they don`t have a reception and you need to make arrangements for getting the keys.
