The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. "歴史を物語る建物、趣向を凝らした内装、可愛らしいタイルばりのお風呂、トイレなど、一泊ではありましたがのんびりと満喫させていただきました。 お部屋色の朝ご飯も素敵でした。 スタッフの皆さんにも、大変気持ちよく接していただきました。 後日友人に話したところ、急遽別の館に泊まったそうでこちらも大層評判でした。 今まで泊まれる事を知らずにいましたが、たまたま友人のSNSで知りました。 都内在住でこんなに素敵な場所があるとは、もっと早く気づけばと思い、悔やんでおります。 コロナ禍で一時休業と伺いましたが、再開の折にはまた伺えるのを心待ちにしております"
