"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine. "So nice to be right near the beach, and walking distance of the cutest coffee shop. Only disappointment was the only other guests were in the room right next to us, the full trash cans right outside our door and plastic bottles filled with cigarettes on the porch ."

"The room was very clean. There was a working fridge which came in handy. The bed was very comfortable. There was an air blower over the bed which kept the air fresh. The hotel room was across the street from the beach. All the shops and food places were right down the street."

"We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone. "We had a very nice stay at Shorelands Guest Resort. We were only in the area for one night, but would have liked to stay longer. We had a small room, not a cottage, and it was perfect for our needs."

"A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use."

"This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs."
