This beautiful 1-bedroom condo is located in the brand new Station Park Union Towers. You'll be in the midtown district, in between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. Station Park is one of the newest (and sleekest!) additions to Kitchener -Waterloo's growing skyline. This open-concept space is large enough to host 2 guests at a time, and features spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony patio, and a separate bedroom with a King sized bed.

This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, and is large enough to host up to 2 guests at a time. The bed comes with fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and a comfortable King size mattress.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The living room has a boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking for a fee (inquire for parking details).
At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine, and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• The home is located in a new development; construction is still in progress around the neighborhood, and work may occur during the day.
• There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle make to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
