Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. A refundable deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking and will be refunded if no damages are found after check-out.

Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. The credit card on file must match the booker's name. Valid government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in.
