"The staff were absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay, we were only in town for a weekend visiting friends, but wished we could have stayed longer. Also, the room was decorated perfectly, it looked like boutique hotels I've stayed in all over the world, but with more space."

"Unfortunately one of the few lights in the room wasn’t working well, and one of the mattresses or beds was broken. However, the staff took our concerns quite seriously and was *very* keen on helping solve the problem."
