"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. "ロケーションは良く、熊谷駅北口から徒歩５分です。但し敷地内に駐車場がないことで失望しました。提携駐車場があり800円のサービス券が貰えますが、高い駐車場なので一晩停めるとそれ以上かかります。そのため熊谷女子高校のすぐそばにあるオーク駐車場に車を停めました。30分100円ですが、最大駐車料金が12時間まで500円です。現金の他にクレジットカードで決済ができます。
宿泊して良かったのは、施設内に温泉があることです。興味を持ちましたが、時間の関係で部屋で入浴することにしました。普通のお湯だと思ったのですが、肌がツルツルになったので、全館温泉のお湯ではないかと思いました。"
