"Got there and hot water heater exploded. Water everywhere and it’s been duct taped several times as I have video. It’s bulged and about to go off like a bomb: Mildew smell upon entering the home: Ants in kitchen and bathroom. Dryer didn’t work. Bugs all in the pool: pool was freezing & paid for pool heat and the heat pump isn’t hooked up or working: no light in the backyard / pool area at all: had a wedding to get ready for and plumbing is messed up and commod in both bathrooms overflowed all...

"Everything was great - plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort as well as the residence. Hopefully we will be able to come back.
