"Our family of 6 stayed in a very nice suite room that had plenty of room and a full sized refrigerator and small dining table and chairs as well as a balcony overlooking the pool and waterpark in the distance!! We had a great time and the kids were well entertained at the waterpark and lazy river plus the nice deep pool when the waterpark was closed!! Very satisfied and would stay there again!!! Best stay for our family yet. Thank you for great hospitality and customer service even at 230am there was always someone at the front desk 😀 Only somewhat negative was the room key cards didn't always work even when kept separate from phones or magnets but they were quick to reset or give another one right away"

"We loved how its catered to children. Lots of fun stuff to do in the kids club area or out in the big park area they have designed for playing at. With lots of chairs or picnic tables and swing chairs for parents. Heated outdoor pool. Wish rooms had own microwave to make it easier as the ones outside dont look clean to use and a bit rusty. Would be great idea to have a splash pad area or little pool for smaller children as the pool you need to be in with smaller children. I would suggest. Breakfast always good and very clean. Do need updates photos as some things like the lobby area, and Breakfast area have changed the looks and areas. Staff so friendly. I cant wait to come back."

"Very beautiful colours of villas, clean property, room and all spaces with professional staff and the waterpark entrance is a major bonus! Definitely wish there was an airport shuttle and some bikes for property use but shopping center nearby and the weather is so lovely!"
