"To say that the conditions were bad is being nice. Please avoid stay at this location unless you like: bent beds, torn and stained curtains, broken and bent lampshades, ripped shower curtains, cracked shower/bathroom walls, old and ruined furniture... the list goes on. The staff is nice enough, but a terrible location overall. "

"The room was clean and nice. The pool was heated! It was great! The bed was AWFUL! And there's a problem with the outlets, they don't work and they keep making loud popping noises every 30 mins that didn't help the no sleeping due to the bed, already. Staff at night was not nice. Staff in the morning was quite nice. "

"No words… we will talk… but no phone, no lights… light bulbs that didn’t work… but no lights or even shades tv didn’t work… drug dust on top of fridge that didn’t work. The drawers LITTERALLY HAD NO BOTTOM… LIKE YOU OPEN ALL THREE AND YOU SAW THE FLOOR! Drug residue every where. Touch in sink… Tate tub covered in… well I don’t know but they were moving. I would have called down but no phone again… people litterally hanging out grilling outside… .. not guest people that lived there… was litterally like a tentament… and then had the audacity to charge me 10 for a dirty towel… they said it was so dirty that they were going to have to throw it away. Therefore, they were gonna have to charge me for it. It was so dirty because I tried to clean or wipe the grime off of the floor, which did not come off and left the towel the one towel covered in nastiness, and because they couldn’t tell what was on the towel I was charged for it. these pictures are literally of a different place that was dumping on the bed. The air conditioning didn’t work. The blinds were falling off, and if she had not told me that it was their last room after I had already booked a room many many hours earlier because I checked in so late they gave my room away because it was late quote. note they told me I had till midnight to show to check in and this was at 11. She said I said well I didn’t check in or out. Expedia and I will speak because this was beyond unsanitary, this was health inspector needed"

"Very happy with our stay. Property description was accurate and met our needs for our 3 week stay. Pet friendly yard and close walk to downtown Kissimmee and waterfront areas. "

"This was the perfect place for our family of 11! Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room and movie theater was amazing!! There was a Walmart and Chick-fil-A so close you could walk! The drive to the parks was quick and easy! All my questions were answered promptly! I would definitely recommend this one!! "

"First, the good: the neighborhood and community were nice. The house A/C worked great. The spa/pool temperature was good. The game room was nice (although we did not use it). The couches, sofas and chairs in both downstairs living rooms are brand new, clean and comfortable. The huge TV in the main living room is really nice. Also, when notified of the major issues we encountered (see below) the management company promptly responds and takes action to address them. There were numerous more minor things that, with us being on vacation, we simply did not have time to raise awareness during our 4-night stay. The not-so good:•Bug infestation. Dozens of cockroaches in the kitchen, and tiny ants in a couple of the bathroom sinks. The management company was notified of this and to their credit within a few hours they had people at the house to spray for the cockroaches and ants.•Plumbing. The controls for one of the showers failed and we were unable to shut off the water. Again the management company had someone out within a few hours to replace the cartridge in the shower control valve and then it worked properly. This was in the bathroom connected to the bedroom with the bunk beds.•The mattresses in the bunk beds were old. Like decades old and you feel every spring.•The TV speaker in the TV of the bunk bed room malfunctions (cuts in and out, and crackles)•there are 12 more bullet points but this text box does not allow that many sentences"
