"I wasn't aware of the $225.00 hold for incidentals, but I literally got it back the day after check-out. I was a little worried that I would get charged erroneously for something, but I wasn't. Beautiful facility with nice indoor pool, jacuzzi, and dinner and bar atmosphere. "

"The only suggestion i have is the outer doors should be locked ar all times if you could use your key to open the outer doors would be great. We had an issue at 4:00 in the morning with a man dressed only in shorts and socks banging on a door for 20 minutes we called the desk but the man walked away before if someone came at all . Also guests who are traveling do check out early it would be a nice suggestion if they could get a cup of coffee to go when they are checking out. Other than the man i still give the place 5 stars"
