"I only liked the style of the room looking like an apartment. The carpet needs to be updated, I had to ask for clean towels and sheets, the room was damaged with holes in the wall like it was a recent fight in the room and people were sitting on the steps near there rooms smoking and drinking. I seemed as if this was a hotel to service the community. I felt like I was in an apartment complex instead of a hotel. I will never rent here again. They held a 300.00 deposit which is taken immediately and it takes 7-10 to be returned back to your card. That definitely didn’t sit well with me."

"The Pro & Cons of staying here. The place and room were pretty clean for a hotel that could use some updating. We had a room with 2 queen beds(?Full) for 3 Adults. But only 1 wash cloth and 2 Large Towels? Now with a room with 2 (Double) beds in it, you surely would think that more than 2 people will be staying in it. And An FYI: Make sure if you are staying more than 1 night that at Check in you request for your room to be cleaned Every Night, if this is something you expect, because if not, it will not be cleaned. The nice thing about this location, is that it is in the same parking lot as a Walmart, so if you need something it is a short walk to the front doors. Texas Roadhouse is a short walk as well, and a Chili's is actually accessible through the hotel. Other than that, I would not really stay here again, but I doubt I am ever in St louis again, anyways tho...."

"I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre. I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout fees… even tho my last two stays they didn’t. Sunday morning while using the bathroom. A desk worker enters my room to tell me I need to leave because I’m past checkout. I told her it should be in my notes that I was granted late checkout!!! very unprofessional And suddenly the day after I get charged for bad communication and no one telling me while at the hotel that they charge for late checkout out fees. After this bad experience I’ll be finding somewhere else to stay next time. No accountability and piss poor communication are a recipe for disaster."
