"Loads of space, ideal as a stay away for groups of friends meeting up, we were out all day at Onley equestrian centre which is very close by, the kitchen was large and well equipped, beds comfy , we will be coming back soon"

"The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback:...

"My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were going to a gig at the NEC. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The location was really convenient, as the NEC was a 5 minute cab ride away. There's also a coop a short walk away which was useful. The house was also pleasant, clean and well presented. Nice big shower! There were also towels and a few groceries provided. The only nitpick I'd have was that hand soap wasn't provided in the bathroom."

"The house was a perfect place for a long overdue family holiday. 14 of our family stayed for a long weekend, communication with host was excellent the house itself was decorated and furnished to a really high standard the house was extremely well maintained and very clean. "Great house but the table only seated 6. There was a breakfast island with 3 chairs but one person had to stand and we couldn’t sit together to eat. However the property had great facilities and great little extras like dishwasher tablets. Really clean, plenty of bathrooms and space. Lovely property."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Rectory Farm for the Christmas Holidays. We stayed in the two bedroom loft which was perfect for our family. We saw some fantastic wildlife including a badger, ducks, birds and loved the rolling green English countryside."
