"The actual property was clean an a good size the hot tub was marvellous an the views were good with nobody looking over you and away from the main road Everything was there for cooking an cleaning an good information about the history of the local village just down the road"

"Modern, clean stay in Loughborough, close enough to the high street, parks, and shops. The place was great for our little family and hosting the cousins we came to visit for a little sleep over thanks to pull out couch. Well equiped kitchen, and parking was right in front. "

"No welcome ' pack ' not even a bottle of milk. Light fittings missing. Main bed the worst ever experienced. The central heating did not work, we sat in overcoats and blankets. Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. "Excellent hotel and reasonably priced. A good breakfast the only downside was the shower needed the mould addressing. I think that will be seen to in the near future. Superb central location. I’d go back anytime."
