"We rented this house during a dance competition that was being held at a local high school. The competition was about 15 minutes away so this location fit perfectly. Upon checking into the house, we were very surprised at the amount of steps to get to the house and that that was not listed initial listing. "My family and I had a fantastic stay! The house was even more beautiful and spacious than we expected, making it the perfect home base for our weekend trip to Mount Peter. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My parents live nearby in Warwick and this will definitely be my go-to VRBO recommendation for anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This home was perfect for our family gathering. We were in the area for a Family event. We needed 5 bedrooms and this home was nice and spacious. We loved the kitchen! We all felt at home. We could have used a larger dining room table and more chairs, but we used the kitchen island which definitely helped with the extra seating. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Great location and it was a quiet street. "

"Appearance of space looked ok with the exception of those first floor floors. The bathroom in the basement flooded three times. Then we found roaches and ants. Had to call various times complaining and after writing back and forth, they finally credited someone minimal for the grief we went through. Unsatisfied!!!"

"Great property near all the cool things around Lake Hopatcong and super close to Sparta and Lake Mohawk. Our daughter has a home nearby but not big enough to host 10 family members. We used this property as home base and so glad we did. Spacious living and dining rooms, great kitchen with all the amenities, nice sized bedrooms - what more to ask for. Oh did I mention that it is on the water!!! We will be back in the summer! Thanks Tony (property manager) for all you did."
