"I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full...

"I booked that place a few months back for my wedding party and when the day came I got the check-in info from the host. The check-in was at 3 pm, I went there at 5 pm, and when I got there I found some other guests inside the property. I was confused, the guests told me they were gonna be there until the next morning.
