"With only 1 elevator working it was a bit cumbersome and a little overpriced but the staff was excellent "

"this hotel is perfect for a trip to seattle! location is right in the middle of everything. so many location coffee shops and it’s a quick walk to pike place market. space needle and the museums are also a quick tram ride there. staff is also great, all i had to do was send a text with any questions i had and how to get around and they would reply immediately. would definitely stay here again "

"Great all around, did not eat at property"

"The breakfast although free was poor. The quality of the food was lacking. The oatmeal was watery. The meat for breakfast were lacking and the fruit was several days old. The parking was terrible not only were the spaces small but the total number of spots was inefficient for the location. Parking was $50 a day and didn’t guarantee a spot. The showers only got to a Luke warm and even after waiting to see later in the day the showers still didn’t get to a level a sensitive person would consider hot. I’ve stayed at several other hotels with better quality beds, pillows, and sheets. For something that is supposed to be higher end the entire experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend coming here unless it was the last option or if you had an event at climate pledge arena. "
