"Very nice stay in Osaka. I'd recommend or stay here again, no doubt. We had no idea what to expect with access to the 'Executive' stay. We were pleasantly surprised by what that gave us access to. We ended our evenings looking out over the city. A+ room and staff, not a thing we could complain about. "

The central air conditioning was not useful as the rooms got really hot and there was no air conditioning to cool down the rooms. The laundry facilities were inefficient. The dryer did not completely dry the clothes. We would not be coming back to that hotel. "
