"It’s a shame they didn’t have stairs as we were on the 1st floor and sometimes had to wait for the escalator when wr could have justed walked the stairs,The air con wasn’t working but as we only stayed 2nights we put up with it.The hotel is convenient for St George’s wich is why we choose it and expect Hospital staff to also use it."

"Very comfortable stay at the Lensbury in a classic twin room. Comfortable bed, walkin shower, good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast with an amazing amount of choice. Only slight problem was parking was a challenge as the leisure centre/spa is rather busy with non resident members"

"Very nice hotel in Richmond...close to train station and the main street in Richmond with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice enough to hold our bags since we arrived early but charges $10 euros an hour to check in before 3pm when the room is ready so we just sat in the lobby until 3pm. Rooms are TINY! The cabin literally has no room for more than one open suitcase. Our 2nd room was slightly bigger but again no room to leave suitcases open. The bathrooms are updated but tiny. A/C was great since it was very warm when we were there. "

"We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary whilst attending a concert at Hampton Court. The hotel is perfect. Quiet location - very attentive staff - exceptionally clean - large carpark. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room which was lovely. Breakfast was of a high standard with loads of choice - well cooked and tasty. The pool was just right for a gentle swim and the terrace a great place to unwind. We will definitely return thank you. "
