Parking - there is on street parking available on the street outside. Visitor parking permits can be provided, with advance notice. There is additional parking via the RingGo app just a few metres from the house.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards, and check out time is before 11am.
This is a residential neighbourhood so excessive noise will not be tolerated.
No parties.
No smoking or vaping allowed inside or in the garden.
If you require use of the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can arrange extra bedding. There is an additional charge of ยฃ30.
Please note that a minimum of ยฃ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ยฃ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the house.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
