"Key cards faulty Booked at 12:30 am DD when returned at 7;30 room had been given to somebody else. Desk staff very good but had to go to a different room. I am handicapped but was able to get a ground-level room"

"This is the 2nd year we have booked this hotel for the basketball provincials. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is enough parking and the area is quiet. It is close to many different food places and right off the highway. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast/lounge area is very small but since the price was low, I could do without it."
