Kym is an excellent host. She was very attentive, checked in with me constantly throughout my stay and was very helpful and friendly. The property is at a very central location and was easy to find. It was clean and had all the amenities; the Wi-Fi was fast. The neighbourhood was quiet and I felt very safe during my stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will be back soon.

Disliked: Check-in
I was in constant communication with the host before check-in and expected to see her at check-in. Instead I found a locked gate. Spent about an hour trying to contact the host via the app, cust service, phone calls etc. eventually cust service reached her & then she sent me a mesg to look in the mailbox for the remote & keys to get in. The check-in instructions were not received until the day I was checking out. Strange. Also on the 2nd day there was no water in the pipes in the morning. Could not shower. Fortunately they left bottled water in the fridge.
