"We were in the area for a Spartan Race. The location was a good proximity to our race site. It was very clean, great communication with the host, we did not need any help with anything, but if we did, they were easy to get in touch with. I was told by our group, we will be staying there again."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival."

"To start , the home is cute . Disappointed in some things , such as the toilet paper thin and cheap.The flatware was not in good shape, I wanted to replace it myself. The paper towels were not quality, and the BBQ grill was filthy, We had to take it apart to clean it before we could grill. I think the owner should check the hired help on ocaision, to make sure things are as good as they should be , before it is rented."

"We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. Our family had a nice time."
