"It was very nice that people leave their leftover Staples in the fridge and cabinet. It was a very nice property. Water pressure in the shower could have been much better. The handheld shower in the bathtub did not work. Four Seasons could have been more accommodating when it comes to people with disabilities. My husband needed to sit in the shade and could not walk far. I got up early every morning to reserve seats at the pool. In the beginning, this process worked well. The last several days, it was a challenge to keep our stuff from being moved because they did not think we were accessing the chairs. One day it wasn’t that there weren’t cover chairs available, it was because the people wanted the chairs we had. My son, who is autistic, asked workers to help him find a spot in the shade. They did. He came back to find his stuff was moved. We spent everyday at the pool, ocean, snack shack. You should not have to worry that you come back to your chairs and they are being reset. Now, there were workers there who talked to him and helped him quite a bit which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience."

"We had a fantastic vacation here. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, great staff and service. We had several amazing dinners at Moana, the New York strip was phenomenal, grilled prawns were delicious, the house sourdough bread was on point, wine selection was good. Breakfast at Moana was also great, the French toast and the omelette should not be passed up. We also had dinner at the four seasons one night and it was not even close to being as good as Moana. The beach is a relaxing vibe, never felt crowded, just a serene view with relaxing waves to listen to, we had lunch and drinks at the shipwreck bar, grilled fish Baja tacos and ceviche with Island lagers really nailed it. They have a complimentary coffee bar open at 530 am with fresh fruit and the chocolate croissant was delicious , we did that every morning and worked out in the gym which has everything you need. Only comments which are not really complaints but could be improved, dinner at Kahuwai cookhouse could be better, the burger didn’t really impress for the price, bbq oysters also didn’t impress, needed more flavor on both, seems a missed opportunity for them to not have wood fired pizza or just a more bbq over fire focused menu, we would have loved that. Overall I would give it a 10/10, we will come back and plan to visit other Rosewood resorts after this."

"Staying at this VRBO was an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable — perched high above Kona airport with sweeping ocean views and sunsets that genuinely stop you in your tracks. It’s also the perfect base for exploring the northern side of the Big Island, making day trips easy and incredibly scenic.The house itself is spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need. From a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance imaginable to beach gear you can borrow, the hosts have truly thought of everything.Speaking of the hosts, they were wonderfully accommodating — kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we had a question. Their hospitality made our stay feel effortless.And honestly, the photos do not do this place justice. The views, the comfort, the peaceful setting — it all exceeded our expectations. We would return in a heartbeat."
