"Amazing stay, regular visited to Woolacombe in the summers months at the caravan parks. Found this Gem and will be using them again! Perfect location. 10 minutes from Barnstaple and 10 from Woolacombe! The town it’s situated in is also great! The Room was stunning and the hosts were great too.. No iron in the room so I messaged the host and when I got back to my room from a trip into town, there was an iron and an ironing board their waiting for me! Thank you!"

"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a wonderful shower tub combo with a fun n spacious design. Water pressure throughout was perfect as was the water temp. "Located on the edge of a tiny rural Devon village, this property was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The village pub is great (although you have to be up for the walk up the steep road to get there), and the property hosts were there if you needed them, totally non-invasive if you didn’t. They left very useful recommendations, which we followed and were not disappointed. The patio area is a lovely sun trap well into the evening. A bit more garden for our bigger dog would’ve been great,...
