"Love how safe it is to enter the property. Was surprised that there were so many stairs to our apartment.. overall good place to stay, clean and comfortable"
"My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. It's in a convenient location. It was clean, spacious enough for us, and all of the amenities were great. "
"The location was great and we were pleased with the property. The overall condition and cleanliness was good, a few things weren’t very clean but not an issue. A shade for a window was missing by the sleeping couch and should be replaced. We loved the convenience of the location to the train and other shops and overall it was a very good stay."

"We wanted a room with character, a balcony, kitchen, and soaking tub and this delivered. Staff was kind and accommodating. This apartment style spot added old world style to our Krakow visit. We enjoyed being able to relax when not touring the city and salt mine. "
"A small room, but very well designed. Great location. Great value. If you have two people make sure you are very comfortable together. It was perfect for my wife and I. Not great with a friend or adult child. "
"We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to explore the city and metro on your doorstep so easy to get to the airport, the hotel is lovely with a great rooftop bar and breakfast included n the price very comfortable hotel and lovely staff stayed with family and we all loved the hotel and beautiful Copenhagen "

"**Great Stay with Amazing Staff**
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Big shout out to Stephan who was fantastic - so friendly and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay great. It’s rare to find someone who goes that extra mile.
Would definitely stay here again. Great combination of comfort and staff who actually care."
"I was a little hesitant to book here based on some mixed reviews, but I’m very glad that I did. My daughter and I actually stayed here twice, for one night at the beginning of our trip before getting on our cruise to Norway and then stayed another night after we disembarked the ship and before we flew home. We stayed one night in a room not overlooking the canal which was fine, especially because we were tired after a long flight so didn’t care too much about a view. We did upgrade to a canal view room for the other night we stayed and I was glad we did- very nice view but also quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better - quick walk to Nyhavn and to lots of great restaurants and other attractions and to a metro stop (which we took to the main train station to catch the train to Malmo, Sweden… that was a very easy and lovely day trip we did on our final day). The hotel was clean and very quiet. The restaurant aye aye was a little pricy but we had a very good dinner. The one worry that I had after reading reviews was that the room might not be cool enough for sleeping - reviewers complained that the AC did not really work. I have to say that I actually slept fine, despite being someone who normally gets hot while sleeping and the AC (I’m not sure if it’s actually AC or just some sort of air circulation but you can control it within your room) was not very cold or powerful … but again, I actually slept just fine both nights. "
"It was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much! The design is amazing, breakfast was delicious and location - unbeatable ! We highly suggest this hotel! "
