"We had a lovely stay at the Renaissance St. Pancras for the final night of our two week visit to London and Paris. Within a few minutes of stepping off of our Eurostar train from Paris we were kindly welcomed to the check in desk and presented with cocktails. The amazing Laura answered all of our questions and gave us advice on getting to the airport the next day. She even escorted us down the hall to the elevators to show us the way to our room. It was incredible. We got to the pool only 20 minutes before kids time ended, but they allowed my daughter some extra time. Both meals we had were delicious and the restaurant greeter made us feel so welcomed and wanted to make sure my daughter was happy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We look forward to returning. "

"My husband and I stay at this hotel when we visit London. This was our first stay with our kids and it was fine. We had two rooms that fit 6 of us (3 kids, 3 adults) which worked out well. The staff is always friendly and there are plenty of food options around the area. Also took advantage of their gym (which was nice and clean) and we like that it is close to the train station. "
