World-class skiing at Northstar awaits a mere seven miles away, not to mention the renowned beaches and shopping the district of Kings Beach right in town. A wide variety of restaurants are just a mile away. Outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing also close at hand. No matter the time of year, you can cross the state line into Nevada and liven up your night at the Crystal Bay Casinos.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Seasonal pool and spa are not available from September 2nd- May 25th.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo in Kings Beach Area

This King’s Beach townhome is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t take long for the place to cool down in the evening. The deck overlooks a wooded area, and you can hear the creek that runs behind the property. The location is a five minute drive from shops and restaurants.

Tahoe Ski Condo

This is a great property close to ski resorts with lots of space for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location close to Northstar, with hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible within walking distance. The condo has lots of space, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. We had a great stay.

Fourth of July week

My family stayed the week of the Fourth of July and it was great! We came from Reno so it was a short trip but SO worth it! The condo is just as described, lovely, quiet and the perfect spot for us to relax on a busy holiday week in Tahoe. Highly recommend this place!

Downstairs bathroom gets tons of heat blowing at high speed out of vent. Difficult to use toilet while heat is on. meanwhile upstairs is cool. Power went out twice during our stay for a total of about 12 hours. Drains are slow. Over all it was decent but the downstairs heater problem is really a pain in The a—. Oh and if you want the shower head to be taller than the top of your head you should be under 5’ 6 or so. The largest downstairs bedroom bed was very comfortable . Good luck. The view is good and it’s quiet. Next door neighbors were not there. Hi

This place is “as advertised”. The bathrooms could use an update. Overall the kitchen also is older but has what you need to cook. The grill outside is great. Plenty of room for 6. Great tv and sound system.

Place had everything we needed (coffee maker, soap, shampoo, tv, etc). You only have to bring food! The place will have everything!! Location is close to Safeway, the lake, and parks. Area is quiet, clean, safe.

Lovely home in a great location.

We were very pleased with this condo in Kingswood. Location is good, just a short drive from Kings Beach and a 24-hour Safeway. The pool is lovely too. Rooms are comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

Good value and close to NorthStar

Place was clean, kitchen/dining/family room area on the main level was great for gathering around at breakfast and dinner / evening time. Sleeps 6 very comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was nice. The fireplace works well too (but you need to bring your own wood). The kitchen is a little small but has pretty much everything you need to prepare/eat meals (but you need to bring spices, salt/pepper, condiments, etc.). Overall was a nice place to stay for a snow weekend!

We came for a summer destination wedding in the Lake Tahoe area. Staying for 1 week with the family of 6, the accomodations suited us well. Very comfortable, kitchen had everything of utensils we needed. Grilled often. Washer and dryer came in handy for us. Loved the 'bear theme' decor throughout the condo. Beautiful scenery out the balconies, woods and stream. We ate breakfast/lunch meals out on the balcony often, weather permitting. The well kept pool and sauna were utilized by us. Loved how this condo complex originally built around so many majestic pine trees, leaving a very earthy feel. Away from main road, so it was quiet. For accomodations and location, would come back here in a heartbeat! heartbeat.
