"We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was smooth and efficient—and we were even able to use it to connect to downtown transit via the airport. The staff were exceptional. A big thank you to Fasal for being so helpful and thoughtful (I hope I spelled that right!) - always professional, kind, and smiling. The hotel’s location near the airport is a major plus—no stress about getting to your flight on time. The rooms were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the gym was well-equipped and spotless. The swimming pool was a nice touch, though I wished there was a jacuzzi or sauna too. The breakfast staff were lovely—so cheerful and welcoming. The food and service throughout our stay were excellent. Housekeeping also did a beautiful job; everything was neat and fresh. It would have been great to have a few more shops or local attractions nearby within walking distance, but the bus stop a few minutes away made up for it. Overall, a relaxing and well-run hotel with amazing staff. Highly recommended!"
