"We have just returned from a weekend stay at Rosebank House and it was wonderful. There were 9 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 84 years old to 22 month old. and our family dog.The house is very spacious and so well equipped, soaps, shower gels and toilet rolls in every bathroom, fairy liquid and cleaning sprays in kitchens, kitchen rolls, dish towels and lovely towels, a beautiful welcome pack, I could go on but the list would be endless. "We had a lovely stay in the River House in Little Dunkeld. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. It is situated close the the famous Birnham Oak tree with lovely river walks right on the doorstep. We would happily recommend the house and area as an ideal spot for a getaway. Thank you."

"Very spacious and comfortable house in a lovely, quiet location. The bedrooms are all a generous size, as is the well-equipped kitchen (we managed to prepare a 7-course meal for the 6 of us). It's a short and delightful drive from the house to the heart of the Cairngorms. And don't miss paying a visit to the friendly Persie gin distillery just 5 minutes from the house"

First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. "This was a beautiful spacious cabin with 3 beds, large reception and all the provisions you could need on a 10 day holiday. 5 mins from the city and 5 mins from the carriageway to head north into the Cairngorms. The Manager was polite and courteous and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Theres is a shared games room and weights just a 2 mins walk from the cabin with darts and table tennis for the kids."

"We recently spent 5 nights at the house, there was 8 of us, 5 adults, 3 children and 3 generations! The house worked really well for us. There was plenty of space both inside and out. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Eddie, the owner, was very good at communicating. I would highly recommend staying at this property."

"I was a little bit skeptical at first: the property is reached by a one lane road, off a small two lane road, off a regional road. Typical Scotland. Yet, once there, it was magnificent. The cottage was adjacent to two cottages and next to small bio domes which seemed interesting to stay also. Our cottage was very spacious, clean, airy, great kitchen and despite its perceived isolation had all possible amenities. Very nice host who welcomed us with a bottle of wine. It was beautiful to wake up...

"Great house in the middle of the fields. You have everything you need. We didn’t use kitchen tools but it seemed to be fool. we used the fireplace as an attraction although it was not so cold these days it was great for an evening together. the bed is uncomfortable with a spring mattress. the sewerage and ventilation in the shower worked poorly. 10/10 for accommodation atmosphere and cleanliness."

"Absolutely ideal place to stay for a trip to Pitlochry and the beautiful surrounding areas. Only an easy, 3 minute drive to get to the town centre, yet removed enough from the busy little town to be able to unwind in the quiet on an evening. The lodge itself is lovely, super cosy and clean, and the hot tub was one of the nicest I've ever been in. Highly recommended!"
