"Lovely old pub, with lots of history. Helpful welcoming staff on arrival and at breakfast. The parking was signposted but a little trickier to find than I expected, but plentiful when you get to it. Breakfast good quality. The room would benefit from a bit of redecoration as others have said but it didn't detract from a pleasant stay in an inn I would recommend to others. I stayed here for a conference in Nottingham and it was practical for that reason and easy to access from the motorway. If I was coming to the area again I almost certainly would stay here again."

"Room 38 is a little dated, broken glass on window, wooden frame loose. room itself was OK. Bathroom tidy and shower good. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice. Hotel is very quiet which was great and meant a good nights sleep."

"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"
