"Staff was very helpful. The lady working the front desk around 6pm on Saturday the 30th was so very nice and helpful. The property was not well maintained and breakfast was lackluster"

"We had the BEST trip. From communicating with the owners before the booking to talking to them during our trip… they were quick to respond, understanding and helpful. This house was everything we dreamed and more. So many spaces to gather together with my friends and be present with one another! House was very clean and amenities were easy to use."

"As of early June 2026, the motel is undergoing a branding change which involves a lot of remodeling. There is no signage on the building to help find it, you have to park in the back parking lot and come in the back door, and things are in disarray. We had to have our room recleaned the day we moved in because there was hair in the bathroom, the floors needed to be mopped, and the bathtub drain was not draining properly. Also we were there for 4 days and had the exact same breakfast every single day. No variation."

"The location of Huntersville is superb! Lots of dining options, gas station, lovely area! They do have fresh Starbucks coffee in the lobby every day! The lobby is quaint and great for a social drink and appetizers, but its not a full service restaurant. Had the king room with loveseat. It was just perfect for a weeks stay. Bed was sooo soft and comfortable. Very clean, and the house cleaners did a nice job every day. Ice machine on the 3rd floor, fridge worked, and the AC worked fine with no rattling or excessive noise. Was 25 minutes to Charlotte Speedway. Was about 40 minutes to downtown "Uptown" Charlotte - IYKYK LOL The hotel is currently under renovations so there was some noise on the 3rd floor, but the first floor was all torn up. The laundry facility was not available and more than half the days of 7, the snack purchase area was closed. There is not hot tub, but the pool area was open and appeared clean although did not use this amenity. Will definitely stay here again!"
