Enjoy a serene retreat in the Green Mountains at this two-bedroom getaway at The Woods Resort and Spa of Killington. Within minutes of dining, shops, and entertainment, this condo is just a short drive from all-season adventure at Killington Resort. Winter guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding, and summer visitors can take advantage of the lifts to access Adventure Park and a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails. Green Mountain National Golf Course is just up the road. Guests will also enjoy on-site access to a suite of deluxe, resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, sports, and fitness facilities.

At home, unwind in contemporary comfort with a fully appointed interior equipped with all the essentials of home. Settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace in the living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the living area, or head out to the patio for post-hike and apres-ski cocktails. The kitchen comes equipped for home cooking with a full suite of appliances including a gas range and dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Additional in-home perks include a private washer and dryer, free WiFi, and baseboard heating.

Primary guests will enjoy main-floor bedroom access and a private en suite bathroom. A second guest room on the main floor includes a desk for remote work flexibility. The upstairs bedroom features a loft style layout with a dedicated desk and smart TV. A shared, full bathroom is available on the main floor for household convenience.

Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

Killington and its surrounding areas is perfect for a fall getaway and The Woods V1 made for a cozy home base. Our group enjoyed hiking, local fall festivals and the K-1 Gondola during the day, while settling in to the spacious and well appointed condo for evenings by the fire. It really was the best of both worlds! We look forward to returning next year.

We just returned to Florida from a perfect fall getaway in Killington. This was our second stay at The Woods V1 and it was just as memorable as the first! We just LOVE the central location to eateries, breweries, hiking and Killington mountain. We were even able to take the scenic gondola to the top this year for amazing views. I highly recommend this vacation home!

Great condo for a group. Spacious and bright with a loft. Plenty of room to socialize. Well stock kitchen to make meals at the condo. Ideal location next to Spa. Spa has lane swimming and hot tub. Masseuse at Spa was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a nice location. Peaceful and quiet. Condo was very nice and clean. The downstairs bedroom's (attached to the living room) mattress was very uncomfortable. But that's my only complaint. We'd definitely stay here again any day.

Great condo in Killington! Location is right near the spa, gym and pool which is nice. Condo is very well-appointed. Kitchen has everything you need. Large living room TV was perfect for movies at night. Only issues was not enough towels for a week stay, couch not all that comfortable and king bed in master bedroom caves in a bit however overall great. We will likely book the same condo next year.

The location was great, house was clean and cozy, it was wonderfully quiet in May, and it was steps away from the beautiful pool/spa. (However, Vacasa failed to inform us that the pool would be closed for cleaning during our stay. During booking, it said it would be open. The friendly staff at The Woods told us that all of the rental companies were informed ahead of time and that they only close the facilities the week prior to Memorial Day each year. Vacasa even refused to relocate us. This was completely unprofessional, misadvertised, and simply unacceptable.)

We loved everything about this place. 4 adults staying (2 couples) and we had plenty of room. We liked the spot to put our skis inside. It’s in a perfect location for skiing at Killington and Pico and close to all the restaurants on Killington road. Beds were comfortable enough. The TV is a smart TV so we were able to login to Netflix/streaming services. We also made use of the fireplace on the cold days! This property is the building directly next to the spa, so we were able to easily walk to use the spa. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after skiing. It was clean, there were plenty of kitchen utensils, and everything seemed to work well. Gave only 1 star for communication because I did message them twice in advance simply asking if the coffee maker was a drip maker or keurig, and I did not get an answer. It’s a drip coffee maker, for anyone that needs to know! Master bedroom and bathroom are small but it’s a king bad, and still fine for a few days. We did not use the loft at all but it looked like it had a nice queen bed. Overall I thought this place was great and very reasonably priced for the area. I would stay here again!

This unit is part of a multi unit building, it has a nice layout, was well stocked. It did have a musty odor to it but may just need to be aired out. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware and some basic pots. It has a toaster oven, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The dining chairs were light weight and tipped fairly easily so be careful with children or yhose with mobility issues It has a nice patio area to relax on.

Overall, it met our needs but could use some updated touches, especially in the kitchen/laundry area. The bathroom is small, which is fine, but it could benefit from a shelf or two. There is a medicine cabinet in there but it wasn't enough space for our deodorant, toothbrush/paste, floss, female sanitary products, hairbrush...it's not a ton of stuff, just the basics. Still, we had to keep it all in our toiletry bags and take them in and out of the bathroom when needed. The place was clean when we walked in but the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned from the visitors before us so that was disappointing. It was a nice property to walk through and close to good restaurants.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in The Woods: Village 1 over Thanksgiving. IT was a lovely stay. The check-in was easy. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, and the building is right next door the spa - pool and workout equipment. I would definitely recommend!

Can you think of anything better than a fall getaway to Vermont? Nope, neither could we! Four friends made the trip from Florida to Killington for a change of scenery, rest and relaxation. We could not have been more thrilled to have founds The Woods: Village 1. Not only is this condo in tip-top shape, but the central location is unbeatable. With comfortable amenities including a cozy, yet spacious living space with fireplace and fully stocked kitchen- we were able to enjoy quiet evenings in. Or, take the quick drive to town and discover delicious local favorites such as The Garlic! If hiking is your thing, we loved Deer Leap Trail followed by a cold beer at the Long Trail Brewery. After all of this exploring, afternoons can be enjoyed at the Spa (jacuzzi, sauna, steam...) located just steps from our condo. All in all, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking to make this an annual event. There is much more yet to see... and we will be doing it from The Woods: V1 :)

We loved every bit of this home. It has a huge 2 person whirlpool tub which we enjoyed every night of our stay, and the on site spa was great, going for a swim and relaxing in the sauna. This home was impeccably clean and has lovely modern amenities which make you feel like you're at home away from home instead of a hotel. We used the upstairs loft bed and it is firm, but you sink into it and are super cozy. We were able to enjoy fires on 2 of the nights which just made the stay that much better. Absolutely recommend this place!

This was our 1st time using Vacasa, the experience was great. From booking to the location, everything went smooth including the drive. The condo was super clean and very spacious decorated awesome and for the area being a ski town, this was great and was right up our alley!! We will be booking again in the future!
