"Mattresses and pillows were extremely hard, parking is £5 per night but we got charged £10.40 for the 2 nights we stayed. Breakfast is advertised on hotels.com as £8.50 but we were charged £9.95 by the hotel!"

"Staff were lovely, receptionists very helpful, Sunday lunch was good again restaurant staff helpful and polite our room and bathroom was very clean a few grubby marks on the carpets were a little off putting otherwise a good size room. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet which was well looked after and replenished plus a good selection of hot food from the menu. Will probably visit again soon as we felt welcomed and looked after. Thankyou The Queens for a lovely stay."

"The Hotel was very easy to find just a few minutes from j11 off the M5 The room was very nice very clean with a very comfortable bed. We only stayed the one night , Breakfast was a good selection buffet style choice and the staff were all polite & friendly. We will definitely book again when visiting in Gloucestetv"
