"They did not clean the room and failed to supply towels correctly, which caused discomfort. Yet the view and room were good; I enjoyed staying there. It was a pleasant day, aside from the dual issue that they did not clean the room daily."

"This house was grungy and hot. Think of an old car sitting in a parking lot in the hot sun without air-conditioning. From the moment we first arrived, the air conditioning did not work.
