"I felt at home during my first few minutes at the 5 Swiss Hotel. The staff treated me like family and I will never forget all of the wonderful people I met. Nadine, you will always be in my heart, as well as Sylvere, Mya, William. I could just keep going. Good food in the restaurant for dinners, wonderful breakfasts, and lovely grounds. A short walk to the free zone, which is great for shopping, grabbing some local food, or just walking around. Any day trips that you might want to take can...

"Room was clean and service was good. Food was average. I had better tasting food at the Four Points in Kigali during my past visit. The lounge menu in 2022 was better than current menu. Thanks! "

"When I checked in, I was sent to general room - a finally got the room I paid for. Also, everything is great (but noisy) except the restaurant has terrible service- 1 hour to get food and hard to get staff to get/pay bill"
