2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible experience. The hotel advertises breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told it was not included because the room rate was already “cheap enough.” The room was dusty, and staff took days to clean it after being asked. They also expressed displeasure that I paid through Expedia instead of directly at the hotel, repeatedly complaining about Expedia’s commission. As a guest, I should not have to deal with constant complaints about their booking arrangements. Management ignored my attempts to communicate and address these concerns. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this hotel.

They kicked me out of the hotel and forced my brother and I out after they made me give them cash for one night and decided they didn't want they payments from Expedia. It was a horrible and terrifying experience especially since we were strangers to Rwanda.

This is one of the most horrible places I have ever stayed. It started the very first night when my toothpaste vanished from the bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, while I was working in my room, a strange girl I didn't know simply walked in. Shocked, I went to the common area to see what was going on, only to find a group of boys and girls starting a party, smoking, and making excessive noise. When I tried to speak to them, they ignored me completely. Between the stranger entering my room and the chaos outside, I felt totally unsafe. I had to check out early and book another place just to feel secure. To add to the frustration, the washing machine was broken, and they tried to charge me for a laundry service instead. Management acted like they empathized with my complaints, but ultimately did nothing to help.
