"The staff treated me awfully. They were very rude and demanded extra fees once I was there. The hotel was not properly cleaned. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. Their version of complementary breakfast was an apple and a granola bar. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This is the second time that we have stayed at this house and it was delightful. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms it was perfect for our family of older adults. We always like to see the wildlife that pass through the yard, this time it was deer and bunnies. A well stocked kitchen and a perfect location make this house an ideal choice for a visit to Prescott."

"This was an historic hotel in a small town, so don't expect all of the modern luxuries of the foo-foo hotels. This is perfect for the history lover, one who's appreciative of old things, and those appreciative of probably the friendliest and most competent staff of any place I have ever stayed. Add on the food in the dining room is excellent and they have live music which makes for a lovely wind down at the end of the day. I'd only reserved for one night, but after running around town that day, I decided to book another night. Parking was easy and that is important for me. I will absolutely go back and I actually hated to leave because it was so relaxing and centrally located."

"A clean room is important, and ours was spotless. Parking was explained well over the phone regrding lot location and entrances. There is an offloading spot right in front of the hotel on the street which as perfect. One of the bars is a large room with fireplace - we were given drink coupons to use - yay. The hotel restauarent is great. We puchased the $50 add-on for dinner worth $75 and were very plased with the menu right through the creme brulee dessert."

"Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Clean rooms, games and movies were available for entertainment. Was located in a great area with lots of wildlife to see. Definitely will stay again!"

"This was the nicest place we have stayed at. Easy to find, beautiful location, quiet, clean and everything we needed. It was such beautiful surroundings. It feels like you up in the trees in the middle of nowhere but you are actually so close to downtown and close many attractions. Well worth the cost, host was great, would definitely stay again. "
