"By far the best thing about the property is the gathering space outside. If you have a family group of 8-10, this is where everyone will end up after a day at the beach and watching the spectacular sunset from the upstairs living room. Firepit surrounded by a sectional, plus a large table and flat-screen in the former garage. You should probably know this is actually two separate units with different entry doors—to go upstairs you have to exit the downstairs and vice versa. I think parking right in front of the property is legal (2 cars will fit) but no one does it. I did. Hot tub has a quirk where it stops heating and needs to be reset electrically to clear the fault. Property management was prompt in sending out a pool tech to fix it. Sea lions bark 24/7, you get used to it. View of the channel from upstairs is a never-ending show. And I should mention The Strand around the corner has surprisingly great food."

"Home and property were gorgeous. If I could live there I would! Everything is super clean and all is updated with such a beautiful touch. Would highly recommend a couple week stay to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the water and boats. Watching the seal lions on the docks and hearing them is an experience if one has never observed them. All in all this is an A home and experience"

"Our stay was great. We got to enjoy the beach and stores near by. The only thing I'd have to say that was a little annoying was that the shower in the master bedroom came out lukewarm. All the other showers and tub worked great. It might just be the adjustment on that shower. Other than that. It was an overall great time and stay!"

"Very spacious two story home, walking distance from the beach. Only recommendations would to bring kitchen supplies, it was sparse what was available. Also bring an air mattress, it said it slept 8 but there were only beds for 6. They must mean the couches"
