Television, movies, board games, puzzles, and children's toys are in the condo for the young ones to enjoy. Take walks on the beach, and enjoy numerous bike and walking trails which you are sure to encounter various wildlife and beautiful views all over the island. PGA Tournament golf courses, spas, shopping, and top-rated restaurants for your indulgence. Two Bikes are available for your enjoyment or rent a golf cart or kayak which can be delivered directly to the condo for you. Fall getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect- close to everything and easy short walk to beach. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay on Kiawah

This condo is perfectly located to the beach, coffee shop/market, trails, etc. The master bath is newly renovated and nice, as is the kitchen. Some of the places on Kiawah are dated and musty, so it was so nice to see this one was as advertised. What a wondeful stay! we will be back!

Lovely for a quick trip

Our family stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for a short stay. It is very close to Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary and the beach! It was clean and well equipped.

Kiawah

The property was just as described. Great location, easy access to the beach. Views of the ocean from master bedroom and deck. Beach chairs and beach towels available. Enjoyed the two bikes that came with the rental. Communication with owner was excellent, very responsive. Downside to our stay was the ongoing problem with ants. Ants were crawling in the master bedroom, kitchen and second bedroom. The issue was reported to Monique in the beginning of our trip, she was responsive and apologetic, called for someone to spray outside the property the day the problem was reported. Unfortunately for us the treatment was ineffective as the ants continued to come in for the entire trip. If not for the problem with ants this stay would have been great.

Great location!

We loved staying at this property, which was steps to the beach and also a short walk to Night Heron Park (with the Nest - a great spot to grab a quick bite and snacks/pantry essentials) as well as the Sanctuary. The condo was well-stocked and clean, and we enjoyed the beach view from the side porch! Only issue was not being able to use one of the bikes as the tires were flat and the pump in the condo didn’t fit properly. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Monique was very responsive and we felt well taken care of!

30th birthday celebration

This condo had everything they listed. We wanted for nothing. It is a cared for property and some areas were updated. It faces the parking lot But there are windows to see beach and a side balcony area to sit and view beach. Oh and the condo unit is beachfront. The path to beach was perfect. Thank you

Beautiful Property with Ocean Views

This is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views. We loved looking at the ocean and beach from the deck, sipping morning coffee and evening meals. Would certainly return to this property!

Kiawah Christmas

Our family has loved going to Kiawah Island since we were kids. This was our first time going together since the pandemic and we had an absolutely lovely time. Our host was really responsive and made sure we were all able to access the gates. We will definitely be back! : )

Great location

Fantastic location of condo! Overall we had a great stay and appreciated the toys, books, beach chairs and towels for our family. The property manager was very responsive via text and the unit was clean. We would stay here again! The only note is that the mattresses are due for a replacement - they are overly soft and the coils on the king were very squeaky.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Just a few things could make it better-upgrade the TVs, more closet hangers, probably need to paint the master bathroom since there was some paint on the ceiling flaking. Monique was A+.

Bright, beautiful, comfortable condo. The natural beauty surrounding us - mature tall live oaks and sparkling sea beyond - was breathtaking. We hated to leave.

Ideal location right at the boardwalk leading to beach. Unit is at side of building, but still have beautiful views of the ocean and ocean breeze. Tress surround the balcony with plenty of shade. Unit is clean with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen making it ideal for couple or family. Unit is provided with beach towels and games for kids. Easy drive from airport and Charleston. I would definitely rent it again.

Good Kiawah location

Clean, everything you need for a Kiawah vacation. As represented on VRBO. Easy walk to beach. Spacious, high ceilings with noone above you helps. Can see and hear ocean from master BR, one window in front room, and side/back porch. Walkable to Kiawah Resort convenience store / cafe. 10 minutes to Freshfields, with decent Harris Teeter grocery. Other than high-end resort restaurants, a few restaurants at Freshfields, and Salty Dog (recommend), not close to restaurants. Not a significant issue. 3 TVs w/ Xfinity is nice. Would return here. Thanks.

East beach

We had a great week. The condo was nice. Only issue we had was ants getting in under the front door. Monique took care of the problem right away and had it sprayed by her team and the by the HOA. We had no ant problem after that. One comment I would make is there was no room for groceries to be put away in the kitchen. We had to move things around to make room to put our food away. Overall a really nice place.

Anniversary trip

Close to beach with a nice boardwalk that leads right to it directly in front of the condo unit. You can see the beach from master bedroom, and you can see and hear the beach from the balcony. The beds are comfy and so are the couches. Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, coffee pot and a Keurig. There are nearby places to eat and shop. The places we went to in Charleston generally took 30 minutes give or take a few minutes. My only wish would be an easy sitting chair for the balcony. It is nice to sit out there and hear the waves, but the tall table/chair set does not look comfortable. I used the available beach chair for my time out there; I wanted to relax to the sound of the ocean without going on the beach (too windy and cold off the water while we were there). Easy to reach Monique, and she was attentive to whatever we needed. Very nice staying there.
